Requirements
This role is for you if these sound like you:
- You love Webflow and constantly push its limits.
- You've been working with Webflow for 2–5 years.
- You know HTML, CSS, and JS, and use tools like ChatGPT to solve problems faster.
- You follow class naming conventions (Client-First, Lumos, or similar).
- You care about building things the right way, not just finishing them.
- You enjoy experimenting with animation libraries (GSAP, P5, etc.).
- You can manage your workload independently and deliver complex builds.
- You're excited to collaborate with a large Webflow team on projects ranging from one-pagers to 100+ page enterprise builds.
Responsibilities
- Build Webflow projects of all sizes — from single pages to enterprise sites.
- Collaborate with the design team for flawless execution.
- Own and manage Webflow-only projects end-to-end.
- Provide feedback and guidance to raise the bar for the team.
- Partner with the JS team to implement complex solutions.
- Manage freelancers when needed.
