Shil Studio is a growing web design and development studio working with clients around the world. We specialise in designing and building high-quality, scalable websites, with Webflow as our primary development platform.
We are looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to join the team and take ownership of the development side of our projects. This role focuses on building professional, scalable, and high-performance websites in Webflow, typically based on Figma designs created by our design team.
You will play an important role in turning design concepts into fully functional, production-ready websites.
Role Overview
As a Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for translating Figma designs into clean, structured Webflow builds that are responsive, scalable, and easy for clients to manage.
You will work across a range of client projects, building professional websites while maintaining strong development standards and organised project structures.
This role is best suited to someone who is confident working independently, solving technical challenges, and consistently delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-accurate Webflow builds
- Build fully responsive websites across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Create scalable class systems and maintain clean project structures
- Develop CMS architectures for dynamic content
- Implement CMS filtering, sorting, and dynamic content functionality
- Build interactive components and animations using Webflow interactions
- Ensure websites are optimised for performance and SEO
- Maintain organised Webflow projects for long-term scalability
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions independently
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver projects efficiently
Core Skills (Required)
- Strong professional experience with Webflow development
- Building responsive websites across all breakpoints
- Webflow CMS architecture and dynamic CMS setups
- Scalable class naming and structured development practices
- Webflow interactions and animations
- Ability to translate Figma designs accurately into Webflow
- Strong understanding of responsive layout principles
- Ability to maintain clean, well-structured Webflow projects
Advanced Webflow Skills (Highly Valued)
- Experience with Finsweet Attributes (CMS filtering, sorting, search, load more)
- Custom code embeds within Webflow projects
- Dynamic CMS-driven page templates
- Multi-reference CMS structures
Additional Technical Skills (Bonus)
- HTML / CSS / basic JavaScript
- GSAP or advanced animation libraries
- Relume (component planning and structure)
- Airtable or Supabase integrations
- Stripe integrations
Workflow & Production Skills
- CMS architecture planning
- SEO best practices within Webflow
- Performance optimisation and page speed improvements
- Cross-browser and cross-device testing
- Debugging layout and interaction issues
Experience with the following tools is a plus:
- Zapier or Make for automation
- Loom (walkthroughs and documentation)
- Notion or ClickUp for project management
