Job Overview:
As a Webflow Developer, you will leverage your creativity and technical expertise to build responsive, SEO-optimized websites. You will collaborate with designers, content creators, and project managers to ensure cohesive and efficient digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, design, and maintain websites using Webflow
- Customize Webflow templates and components to meet project requirements
- Create responsive and cross-browser-compatible designs for optimal user experience
- Troubleshoot CMS-related issues and ensure seamless website functionality
- Implement website updates, performance optimizations, and SEO improvements
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and project managers to deliver cohesive results
- Monitor website security, perform updates, and maintain backups
- Research and implement innovative solutions to improve website usability and efficiency
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of proven experience in Webflow development
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and third-party tools
- Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred:
- Experience working on Healthcare or IT industry projects
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and accessibility standards
- Medical knowledge is a plus
