The Role
We're looking for a Full-time Senior Webflow Developer who excels at building websites that are both technically sophisticated and user-friendly.
You'll work closely with our Web and Design teams to deliver exceptional technical execution on complex web projects. You'll be the person we can hand challenging builds to with confidence, knowing you'll architect solutions and execute at the highest level.
This is a remote position, with a strong preference for candidates in US East Coast or UK timezones for better team overlap.
What You'll Do
Build
- Review Figma designs to help clients and teammates understand both the possibilities and constraints of building in Webflow
- Design and create animation guidance for website interactions and micro animations
- Build scalable, maintainable websites with intuitive CMS structures that empower client teams to manage and expand their sites independently

- Create comprehensive documentation for complex CMS architectures and custom code implementations
- Extend Webflow functionality through JavaScript integrations (Finsweet Attributes, SwiperJS, GSAP, etc.)
- Implement SEO best practices and technical optimizations for performance and accessibility
- Integrate third-party tools for analytics, tracking, marketing automation, and CRM systems
- Write clean, well-documented custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery) to solve complex functionality requirements
- Execute comprehensive QA testing across devices and browsers, ensuring consistent performance and user experience
Maintain
- Extend and refactor existing Webflow sites while maintaining code quality and site performance
- Work within established codebases and style systems without introducing technical debt or breaking existing functionality
Collaborate & Contribute
- Share technical knowledge and best practices with the development team
- Contribute to refining our development workflows, code standards, and documentation practices
- Provide technical guidance during the design phase to identify opportunities and constraints early
- Collaborate with designers to find creative solutions that balance aesthetics with technical feasibility
What You'll Bring
- Strong portfolio showcasing published Webflow projects with complex functionality and custom code implementations
- Webflow expertise including proficiency with Client First, with an understanding of the advanced Webflow concepts that underpin frameworks like Lumos and Mast
- Front-end development skills with demonstrated proficiency including the ability to develop complex layouts and animations.
- Technical problem-solving abilities, particularly debugging complex interactions and CMS structures in Webflow
- Design sensibility with understanding of responsive design principles, visual hierarchy, and user experience fundamentals
- SEO and performance knowledge including best practices for page speed, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Collaboration skills - ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
- Agency or client services experience preferred - comfortable with fast-paced work and context-switching between projects
- Bonus: Comfortability using Claude or Codex
