Xurrent Web Developer
Overview:
Our website is our primary digital storefront and a critical revenue engine. As a Webflow Developer at Xurrent, you will be the architectural guardian of this storefront. You will partner directly with our global Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to build high-converting, visually stunning web experiences while ensuring the underlying codebase is fast, error-free, and perfectly optimized for search engines.
Responsibilities
Webflow Development: Build responsive, pixel-perfect, and visually appealing landing pages, microsites, and core website updates directly from Figma designs.
Site Maintenance & Health: Actively monitor and maintain site structure, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, fast load times, and a bug-free user experience. Clean up unused classes, interactions, and legacy code.
Technical SEO Execution: Implement technical SEO best practices directly into the site architecture, including proper semantic HTML, structured data, canonical tags, and optimal redirect management.
GTM Partnership: Act as the technical execution arm for the marketing team. Rapidly deploy campaign pages, integrate marketing tracking scripts (GA4, HubSpot, LinkedIn Insight Tag) cleanly, and support lead generation efforts.
CMS Management: Structure and maintain Webflow CMS databases for blogs, events, integrations, and resources to ensure they are scalable and easy for non-technical team members to populate.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of dedicated web development experience, with a minimum of 2 years heavily focused on Webflow (Webflow Certification is a major plus).
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. Experience with standard Webflow development frameworks (such as Finsweet's Client-First) is highly preferred.
SEO Knowledge: Strong practical knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals and how to implement them natively within Webflow.
Design Literacy: High proficiency in translating Figma files into functional Webflow pages with an exceptional eye for detail, spacing, and typography.
Tool Stack: Familiarity with integrating third-party tools via APIs, webhooks, or embed codes (e.g., HubSpot forms, tracking pixels, Zapier/Make).
Location & Collaboration: Based in (or willing to commute to) our Bangalore office. Must possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with a global GTM team across different time zones.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing complex, fast-loading, and responsive Webflow sites you have built.
