Our new Jakarta hub will spearhead Webflow production for APAC clients while keeping the same experimental spirit that fuels our Aussie HQ.
Role Description
Demand for Webflow builds has skyrocketed. We're looking for two superhuman developers who can push Webflow to its limit, from advanced CMS setups to pixel-perfect interactions, and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketers across time zones.
Qualifications
- Translate Figma designs into responsive, high-performance Webflow sites
- Build custom CMS structures, dynamic filtering, and multi-language setups
- Implement complex animations and micro-interactions using Webflow's IX2, custom code, and Lottie where needed
- Optimise performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals for every launch
- Integrate third-party tools and APIs (HubSpot, Segment, Zapier, Stripe, Airtable, etc.)
- Set up staging, QA, and version control workflows so "publish" never feels scary
- Mentor junior devs and document best practices for the Jakarta team
- Collaborate daily with product designers and growth strategists in Sydney and Melbourne
Must-Haves
- 3+ years building production Webflow sites, including at least one enterprise-scale project
- Portfolio showcasing custom interactions, CMS logic, and performance scores above 90 on Lighthouse
- Solid HTML5, CSS3 (incl. flexbox and grid), and vanilla JavaScript skills for custom embeds
- Experience with Finsweet tools, Relume Library, or similar power-ups
- Working knowledge of technical SEO, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and page speed optimisation
- Comfortable working in English, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Passion for learning, shipping fast, and raising the bar every sprint
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with GreenSock (GSAP)
- Headless CMS or Webflow Enterprise experience
- Git basics for version control of custom code snippets
- Prior agency or startup background
