Position Overview
The Remote Webflow Developer is responsible for maintaining and optimising the Provider+ website to ensure peak performance, user experience, and search visibility. This role focuses on ongoing website maintenance, creating new pages within our established design system, implementing technical improvements, and managing regular content publishing whilst assisting the SEO manager with technical SEO recommendations implementation across the entire site (including sub domains).
While this position ultimately reports to the CEO, day-to-day tasks and priorities will be assigned and coordinated through the marketing team to ensure seamless integration with ongoing marketing initiatives and website objectives.

Website maintenance, optimisation, and technical SEO implementation to ensure optimal performance and search visibility for our B2B service website.
Core Responsibilities
Website Maintenance & Optimisation
- Maintain and optimise existing Webflow website for performance and user experience
- Create new landing pages, service pages, and campaign-specific content within established design systems
- Implement ongoing technical improvements and feature enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly with priority responsiveness
- Monitor and resolve page errors, broken links, and manage 301 redirections
- Update existing page designs and layouts based on performance data and user feedback
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance across all devices
- Manage website hosting, security updates, and backup procedures
Technical SEO Implementation
- Implement and maintain technical SEO improvements across all website pages
- Optimise Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) and page loading speeds for enhanced user experience
- Implement and maintain structured data markup and Schema.org integration
- Manage XML sitemaps and site structure optimisation for improved crawlability
- Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues using industry best practices
- Ensure JavaScript SEO optimisation and technical site performance
- Coordinate with SEO Manager on SEO strategy implementation
Content Publishing & Blog Management
- Publish weekly blog articles following established editorial calendars and content workflows
- Format and optimise long-form content for web consumption and search visibility
- Maintain and enhance blog collection structures within Webflow CMS
- Implement content categorisation, tagging, and internal linking strategies based on recommendations from SEO Manager
- Ensure all published content meets technical SEO and accessibility standards
- Coordinate with content creators on technical implementation requirements
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor website performance metrics and Core Web Vitals on an ongoing basis
- Track and report on technical improvements and their impact on site performance
- Identify and prioritise technical issues requiring immediate attention
- Provide regular updates on website health, performance, and optimisation progress
- Collaborate with marketing team on performance analysis and improvement strategies
Integration & Automation
- Maintain and optimise HubSpot CRM integration
- Implement and maintain form functionality with proper validation and lead capture
- Coordinate third-party tool integrations and ensure proper functionality
- Manage and optimise automated workflows for lead generation and content publishing

- Page Load Speed: Maintain Core Web Vitals in "Good" range (95%+ pages)
- Site Uptime: Achieve 99.9% website availability
- Technical SEO Score: Maintain 95%+ site health score
- Mobile Performance: Ensure optimal mobile experience across all devices
Content & Publishing Metrics
- Content Publishing: Successfully publish weekly content according to editorial calendar
- Publishing Efficiency: Maintain consistent publishing schedule with zero missed deadlines
- Content Implementation: Ensure 100% of published content includes proper technical elements (Schema, meta tags, alt text)
Technical Implementation Metrics
- Issue Resolution: Resolve technical issues ASAP (within 2-4 hours of identification)
- Feature Implementation: Successfully deliver new page creation and feature requests on time
- Integration Reliability: Maintain 99%+ uptime for all third-party integrations
Required Skills & Experience
Essential Qualifications
- Webflow Expertise: 2-3+ years of professional Webflow development and maintenance experience
- Technical SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals optimisation and technical SEO implementation
- Content Management: Proven experience managing regular content publishing workflows
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
Webflow Technical Skills
- Proficiency in maintaining and optimising existing Webflow websites
- Experience creating new pages within established Webflow design systems
- Knowledge of Webflow interactions, Logic, and custom code integration when required
- Ability to work with existing CMS collections and create new templates as needed
- Understanding of Webflow's responsive design system and breakpoint management
- Experience with forms, lead generation, and CRM integrations
Technical SEO Understanding & Experience
- Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) optimisation
- Experience with structured data markup and Schema.org implementation
- Knowledge of XML sitemap management and site structure optimisation
- Understanding of JavaScript SEO and technical site optimisation
HTML/CSS Technical Skills
- Expert-level CSS3 including Flexbox, CSS Grid, and custom properties
- Semantic HTML5 markup for accessibility and SEO benefits
- JavaScript knowledge for custom functionality and Webflow integrations
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (Sass/SCSS) for custom projects
- Cross-browser compatibility testing and debugging skills

Content & Publishing Skills
- Comfortable managing weekly publishing schedules and editorial workflows

Working Arrangements & Time Allocation
Recommended Weekly Schedule (8-12 hours total):
Website Maintenance & Monitoring (2-3 hours weekly)
- Daily website health checks and performance monitoring
- Weekly implementation of technical SEO recommendations from SEO Manager
- Ongoing troubleshooting and issue resolution as required
Content Publishing & Management (3-4 hours weekly)
- Weekly content publishing according to editorial calendar

- Blog structure maintenance and enhancement
Development & Optimisation (3-5 hours weekly)

Flexible Contractor Arrangement
- Core Availability: Team coordination and urgent issues may require specific availability
