Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Webflow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive websites using Webflow. You will collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and developers to turn creative concepts into high-quality, functional websites that provide a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive websites using Webflow.
- Convert Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect Webflow websites.
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO.
- Implement CMS collections, custom animations, and interactions in Webflow.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver high-quality web solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues on existing Webflow projects.
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and analytics into Webflow sites when needed.
- Stay updated with the latest Webflow features, best practices, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer (portfolio of live projects is required).
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience in creating responsive, cross-browser-compatible websites.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with CMS collections, animations, and Webflow interactions.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with web design tools (Webflow, Framer, Wix).
- Knowledge of basic web hosting, domain setup, and integrations.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Experience 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Webflow or frontend development.
