Modern Signal is seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our growing digital solutions team. This role is ideal for someone who can independently design, build, and maintain high-quality websites using Webflow while also supporting WordPress-based client projects. You will work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create responsive, visually engaging, and performance-optimized websites. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a keen eye for design and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop websites in Webflow from Figma designs, templates, or rough concepts
- Build and manage Webflow CMS collections, responsive layouts, and interactions
- Implement custom code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when required
- Support WordPress projects, including theme customization and page builders such as Elementor or Gutenberg
- Optimize websites for SEO, performance, and accessibility
- Configure integrations, forms, analytics, and third-party tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve layout, compatibility, and functionality issues
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement feedback
- Maintain documentation and follow web development best practices
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building and launching websites in Webflow
- Strong knowledge of Figma, including Dev Mode, component inspection, and auto-layout
- Mandatory experience with WordPress
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Webflow CMS, interactions, and custom code embeds
- Understanding of responsive design principles across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and image optimization
- Understanding of web accessibility standards and semantic HTML
- Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with GSAP or other animation libraries
- Experience integrating Webflow with third-party tools using APIs, Zapier, or Make
- Agency or freelance client-facing experience
- Basic PHP knowledge
