Idea to Edit is a creative and production agency working with brands in the US and India, from automotive and industrial companies to consumer brands. We handle strategy, production, advertising, and branding under one roof. The website is where all of that comes together, and we need someone to own it.
You'll design, build, and manage websites for our clients and for ITE. You should know no-code website building inside out across Webflow, Framer, and WordPress: layouts, CMS, interactions, responsive design, publishing, and fixing things when they break. You'll design it in Figma, build it yourself, and keep it running after launch.
What you'll do
- Design websites and landing pages in Figma
- Build and launch them in Webflow, Framer, or WordPress, depending on what the client needs
- Manage live sites: updates, new pages, CMS content, forms, and speed
- Set up on-page SEO so our clients' sites actually get found
- Turn our video and photo work into pages that look premium
Required
- A portfolio of live websites you designed and built yourself
- Strong Figma skills and a real eye for layout, type, and spacing
- Hands-on experience building in Webflow, Framer, and WordPress (Elementor or a similar page builder)
- Basic HTML and CSS, enough for custom code, embeds, and small fixes
- Understanding of responsive design, site speed, and SEO basics
Bonus
- JavaScript or custom code beyond the basics
- Motion or interaction work that makes a site feel alive
- Experience with integrations like forms, analytics, and email tools

What you get
- ₹37,000 to ₹45,000 per month, based on experience and portfolio
- Paid twice a month, on the 1st and 15th
