- Active use of components and properties
- Proficient in using Variables
- Fast and optimized builds
- Knows Webflow inside-out
- Internally driven and proactive
- Someone who can chat in English like a pro
- Ready to speak up and deliver top-notch work with an eagle eye for details
- Has high standards for their work, and understands the importance of QA
