We’re looking for a Webflow Designer & Front-End Developer to join our team, bringing advanced Webflow skills and a love for designing and building beautiful, high-performing websites.
Your main focus will be designing and building in Webflow. Experience with Shopify development (for app integrations and custom builds) and React.js front ends (for advanced projects) is a bonus.
This is a full-time, in-office role in our Britomart studio, working alongside a designer in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. You’ll need to be confident managing your own workflow and multiple builds.

What you’ll do
- Design and build advanced websites in Webflow (main focus)
- Develop custom interactions and animations in Webflow
- Translate Figma designs into live builds
- Optimise sites for performance, SEO, and accessibility
- Test, debug, and maintain Webflow sites for clients
- Present builds confidently to clients
Bonus if you bring these skills
- Shopify: Build and maintain Shopify sites, manage app integrations, and custom features
- React.js: Develop advanced front-end experiences for selected projects

Important requirements
- Must have agency experience
- Must have 5+ years of front-end development or Webflow experience
- Must have a portfolio or personal website with examples of your work
- Must be based in New Zealand (full-time in-office role)
