WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Webflow Developer at Wondertabs, you’ll be responsible for translating designs into seamless digital experiences. Your role includes:
Website Development
- Build and maintain responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring a consistent, intuitive, and accessible user experience.
- Develop custom interactions, animations, and components using Webflow’s built-in tools and, where needed, embed custom code (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
Collaboration with Designers & Creatives
- Collaborate with graphic designers and brand strategists to bring visual concepts to life.
- Work closely with the design team to implement UI/UX best practices, while preserving the integrity of design aesthetics.
CMS & Content Structure
- Design and implement Webflow CMS structures for dynamic content management.
- Empower content teams by creating flexible CMS frameworks and reusable components.
Performance & Optimization
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- Conduct QA testing, troubleshooting bugs, and making continuous enhancements to existing websites.
Project Execution & Delivery
- Own end-to-end implementation of assigned Webflow projects from wireframes to launch.
- Manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring all work meets deadlines and quality standards.Documentation & Handoff
- Document workflows, Webflow structures, and embed code practices for client teams or internal use.
- Train internal teams or clients on managing and updating content within Webflow.
WHAT YOU'VE DONE
- A proven track record of building pixel-perfect websites in Webflow.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (for custom interactions or embeds).
- Experience working with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch) and translating design files into interactive Webflow builds.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, web accessibility, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Bonus: Experience with third-party integrations (like Zapier, Memberstack, Airtable, etc.).
