The ideal candidate will be responsible for ongoing website maintenance, performance optimization, and implementing new features to ensure our website is fast, secure, and effective. You will work closely with our internal teams to support our digital strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular website updates, including changes to text, images, and CMS content.
- Handle page updates and structural website tweaks as required.
- Manage and update content within the Webflow CMS.
- Implement full-site technical SEO, including meta tags, sitemaps, and schema.
- Conduct speed audits and implement improvements for faster loading times.
- Ensure the website is fully responsive with excellent mobile performance.
- Design and build new custom pages within Webflow.
- Provide support for emergency fix requests with a priority response time.
- Set up and manage third-party integrations and A/B testing.
- Generate monthly performance reports detailing site visits, loading speed, most visited pages, and resolved errors.
- Conduct user experience (UX) testing and suggest/implement small improvements like button placements and section arrangements.
- Integrate and manage live monitoring tools (e.g., Uptime Robot, Pingdom) to track site uptime.
- Effectively coordinate with the SEO team to align technical updates with content and SEO strategies.
- (If needed) Provide support for domain, DNS, and email routing management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and fundamental JavaScript.
- Experience with website performance optimization and speed improvements.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console.
- Ability to integrate third-party tools and services.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and handle priority tasks.
