The Role
We're hiring a Senior Associate Webflow Developer at Lil Big Things.
This is a builder seat, not a management seat. You will be hands-on in Webflow every day, turning design files into production sites for B2B SaaS and tech companies, and owning how those sites are structured underneath.
We hire at this level deliberately. At 2 to 5 years you have built enough sites to have opinions about structure, and you have not been promoted away from building them yet.
What You Will Do
- Build client sites in Webflow from Figma files, at production quality across breakpoints.
- Structure the CMS for the content that is coming, not just the content that exists today.
- Set up interactions and animations that hold up on mobile and on slower connections.
- Maintain and extend live client sites: new pages, new sections, fixes, performance work.
- Flag what will break before you start building, not after handoff.
- Work directly with designers and producers, and occasionally with the client's marketing team.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 5 years building in Webflow. Agency work, in-house work, freelance, or your own projects.
- A portfolio of live sites you built, with a clear account of which parts were yours.
- Comfort reading a Figma file and spotting what will break at 390px before you start.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and enough JavaScript to handle custom code when the builder runs out.
- CMS thinking: collections, references, dynamic lists, and why a structure holds or does not.
- Written English good enough to explain a technical trade-off in Slack without a call.
Nice To Have
- Experience with B2B SaaS or tech clients specifically.
- GSAP or similar for custom animation work.
- Migrations into Webflow from WordPress or another platform.
- Multi-language or localized site builds.
- An eye on technical SEO and how pages get read by search and AI answer engines.
How We Work
Lil Big Things is a fully distributed team working with B2B tech and SaaS companies across North America and Europe. We are a Certified Webflow Partner.
The work runs in small blocks rather than long silent builds: ship something, look at it, adjust, ship the next. You will get context on why a page exists before you are asked to build it, and you are expected to ask when you do not have it.
