We're looking for a Webflow Developer to own the development and maintenance of our marketing website. You'll be responsible for building, iterating, and optimizing our web presence as we scale. This is an in-office role based in Bengaluru.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain our marketing website on Webflow, ensuring it's fast, responsive, and conversion optimized.
- Implement new pages, landing pages, and design updates as the marketing and product teams require.
- Collaborate with designers to translate Figma mockups into pixel-perfect Webflow builds.
- Optimize site performance, SEO structure, and page load speeds.
- Manage CMS collections, dynamic content, and integrations with third-party tools.
- Maintain clean, scalable Webflow architecture as the site grows troubleshoot and fix bugs, broken links, and layout issues.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience
- Strong understanding of responsive design, CSS, and Webflow's CMS and interactions.
- Experience building marketing websites, landing pages, or SaaS product sites.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices (meta tags, site structure, schema markup).
- Ability to work closely with designers and translate designs accurately.
- Bonus: Experience with custom code embeds (HTML/CSS/JS), integrations (Zapier, HubSpot, etc.), or basic animations.
