Wow House is looking for an experienced Webflow & Framer Developer to join our growing team. We're a small but mighty studio that doubled our revenue in 2025, and we need someone who can help us keep that momentum going in 2026.
What you'll be doing:
Building & Designing Websites: Using Webflow, you'll design and build custom, high-performing websites that reflect our clients' brands while meeting our high-quality standards. You'll work on both original designs and bring Figma mockups to life.
Custom Code Development: You'll extend Webflow's capabilities with custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create unique solutions that push the platform's limits.
API Integration & Database Connectivity: Connect Webflow sites to client databases and third-party services through API integrations, using Webflow as a powerful front-end interface.
Responsive Design Mastery: Create pixel-perfect, mobile-responsive experiences even when mobile mockups aren't provided. You have an intuitive sense for how designs should adapt across devices.
Ongoing Maintenance: Client relationships don't end at launch. You'll handle post-launch updates, improvements, and ongoing optimization.
Quality Assurance: Review your own work and ensure every detail is dialed in from spacing and alignment to cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Client Collaboration: You'll participate in client calls, communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, and make strategic recommendations on design, UX, and conversion optimization.
What we're looking for:
Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Technical dev background
- 4+ years of hands-on Webflow experience. Framer experience a plus
- Strong custom code skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience integrating APIs and connecting to external databases
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and ability to implement them without mockups
- Portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate technical excellence
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface directly with clients
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with GSAP animations
- Familiarity with Webflow frameworks (Lumos, Client-First, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience with tool integrations like Zapier
- A plus if you have background in UX/UI design
- Digital marketing knowledge (Google Analytics, conversion optimization)
Who you are:
Solutions-Oriented: You solve problems every day with a "yes, and..." mindset rather than "yes, but..."
Detail-Obsessed: You notice when spacing isn't quite right or when an interaction feels off
Proactive Self-Starter: Once you learn our process, you take ownership and keep projects moving forward
Takes Pride in Work: You put everything into each project, big or small, and aim to exceed expectations
Resourceful: You know when to research, when to experiment, and when to ask questions
Team Player: You're collaborative, professional, and responsive with both clients and teammates
Why work with us:
- Small team of 5 doing big work (websites, branding, email, social & print)
- Half-day Fridays
- Generous PTO + extended holiday breaks (Christmas through New Year)
- Work with amazing clients who genuinely care about quality and craft
- Portfolio-worthy projects that push creative and technical boundaries
- Real ownership over your work
- Remote flexibility
