As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Webflow Developer with experience in building large-scale Webflow sites. You’ll work closely with our designers, strategists, and project managers to deliver fast, scalable, and easy-to-manage Webflow builds that drive real business results. This is a hands-on role where you'll have end-to-end responsibility for projects, from initial setup to launch and iteration.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain responsive Webflow websites from provided Figma designs
- Create scalable, easy-to-maintain systems with components, CMS, and Client-First
- Optimize for SEO, accessibility, speed, & responsiveness
- Integrate analytics & tracking tools (GTM, GA4, GSC, HubSpot)
- Implement A/B tests & CRO tactics to boost conversions
- Collaborate with project managers and developers to deliver projects on time
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience
- Strong knowledge of the Finsweet Client-First framework
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to extend Webflow when needed
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect builds
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Nice to have: Experience building websites for SaaS or tech companies
