We're hiring a Web Developer (Fresher) who can build high-quality, scalable Webflow websites — but more importantly, someone who understands the underlying code behind what they're building.
This role is not for someone who just copies/pastes code or auto-generates layouts. We want someone who knows how the web actually works: HTML structure, CSS styling & responsiveness, JavaScript behavior, interactions, and performance principles.
If you've built multiple websites during college, freelance work, internships, or personal projects — and you're excited to work at the intersection of Webflow + real frontend engineering — this role is designed for you.
What You'll Work On
Webflow Development
- Build and scale Webflow websites and landing pages that are clean, fast, and responsive.
- Implement Webflow CMS, interactions, animations, components, and global styles.
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow builds.
- Extend Webflow using custom code (HTML/CSS/JS) where needed.
Frontend Coding
- Write clean, semantic HTML and CSS (Flexbox/Grid concepts are a must).
- Build responsive layouts and reusable UI components.
- Use JavaScript to handle small interactive components, logic, embeds, or API calls.
- Debug issues proactively and understand why something works, not just how to make it work.
Why Frontend Knowledge is Important Here
- You won't just drag-and-drop in Webflow — you'll customize and optimize deeply.
- Many Webflow limitations require custom code injections (scripts, embeds, components).
- You should be able to fix bugs, performance issues, layout shifts, and responsiveness problems without relying on AI.
- You'll gradually grow into building custom layouts, animations, and components beyond Webflow.
What We're Looking For
Fresher (0–1 year experience) with real-world website building experience — college fests, clubs, hackathons, freelance clients, internships, or personal portfolio sites.
Strong Understanding Of
- HTML5
- CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, responsiveness)
- JavaScript basics (DOM, events, simple logic)
- Good experience with Webflow, including CMS, interactions, and custom embeds.
- Ability to convert Figma designs into clean, accurate builds.
- A good eye for layout, spacing, structure, and basic UX.
- Ability to debug issues instead of blindly copying solutions.
- Eagerness to learn advanced frontend and Webflow automation at scale.
Tools You'll Use
- Webflow (Mandatory)
- HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- Figma
- Git/GitHub (basic is enough)
- Bonus: GSAP, Tailwind, Framer, No-code integrations, APIs
Why You'll Love This Role
- You'll learn to build scalable, production-grade Webflow systems.
- You'll learn real frontend engineering — not drag-and-drop shortcuts.
- You'll work on fast-moving growth campaigns, product pages, and high-visibility web experiences.
- You'll be part of a strong, expanding web and design team.
