Role Description
Rankupper LLC is looking for an experienced and innovative Webflow Expert to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dhaka. As a Webflow Expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually compelling and functional websites using Webflow. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating responsive web layouts, optimizing design for user experience, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will also contribute to website updates, integrate third-party tools, and ensure the quality performance of websites aligns with client goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Webflow development, responsive web design, and implementing animations or interactive elements
- 2–3 years of proven Webflow experience
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with troubleshooting website performance issues and debugging
- Ability to integrate APIs and third-party tools within web applications
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of SEO principles, analytics tools, and website optimization techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is beneficial
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field is preferred
- Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices
- Ability to create custom animations and interactions
- Fast communication + ability to meet deadlines
- Portfolio is mandatory — applications without a portfolio will be ignored
