About your role:
We are looking for a French-speaking Creative Designer (m/f/d) with a strong Webflow focus to play a key role in scaling our patolo pet insurance product recently launched in France. As a key member of our French team, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our market by helping us scale our creative library and tests on our website. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the Country Manager as well as the global creative team and different stakeholders in the French team and the company.

Requirements
Your role in the team:
- Create and adapt visual assets (static, video, motion, or illustrations) for our French campaigns across social media, display, and website
- Iterate on existing designs to test variations, improve performance, and keep the brand fresh
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Help localize visuals and messaging for the French market
- Support creative concepting and storyboarding for ads, landing pages, and campaigns
- Assist in preparing visuals for A/B tests, social ads, email templates, and other marketing materials
- Keep an eye on creative trends and best practices in France (especially in the pet and insurance space)
- Be involved in photoshoots, creative brainstorms, or video edits, depending on your interests and skills
What you need to be successful:
- 3-5 Years experience in design, visual communication, marketing, or similar
- Proficiency with Webflow is mandatory
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma
- Experience with AI tools, prompting, generation, both on photo and video
- A keen eye for visual detail and understanding of how good design drives performance
- Comfortable iterating based on feedback and testing results
- Organized and proactive - able to manage multiple small projects at once
- Curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fluent in French and English (German is a plus)
- Based in Berlin
- Preferably knowledge in these tools: Figma & Adobe Creative Suite & Webflow - AI tools Big Plus
