Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to join our team.
In this role, you will develop webflow projects from start to finish, working closely with the project manager, designers, and our clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning and highly functional websites using Webflow. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' online presence and user experiences.
Pay Structure
Estimated Pay Structure
- $500-1000 to develop 1 website.
- 1 website = Estimated 10-20 hours.
- Hourly Pay: ≥$50
- For Example: Assume 20 hours a week / 4 hours a day = $1,000 per week ($4,000 or $48,000 yearly, part-time and remote.
Note: There may be fewer hours initially as you are trained, and on-boarded with projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage website projects from start to finish, including planning, copy, design, development, and launch.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to understand the client's needs and ensure that our projects meet their expectations.
- Develop project plans and timelines, and manage project budgets and resources.
- Coordinate with the project manager and designers to ensure that project milestones and functionality requirements are met.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
- Manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify and resolve problems as they arise
- Commit yourself to being part of a growth-focused team attending team meetings and company strategy missions
- Develop, improve, and document systems and processes within the department to better serve our clients.
- Lend some time, outside of your assigned projects, towards the company to assist us in improving
- When you are ready, you will be trained to assist with outreach, onboarding clients, and making sales calls.
