Compensation: $3,000–$4,000 USD per month (based on experience)
Conversion Factory is looking for a dependable, highly competent Webflow developer who can build clean, scalable, conversion-focused websites for SaaS and tech companies. If you take pride in well-structured builds, love solving technical challenges, and communicate clearly with both internal teams and clients, this role is for you.
Here’s what you’ll do
- Work within Webflow’s Client-First framework to ensure all builds follow industry standards.
- Build pixel-perfect, high-performance Webflow sites directly from Figma designs.
- Optimize every site for SEO, accessibility, speed, and responsiveness across all breakpoints.
- Integrate analytics and tracking tools when needed (GTM, GA4, GSC, HubSpot).
- Optimize and improve existing Webflow sites with a focus on SEO, performance, conversions, and usability.
- Build new Webflow marketing sites from scratch using Client-First and component libraries like Relume.
- Leverage Webflow CMS to create programmatic pages, dynamic content, and complex conditional visibility logic.
- Build and refine scalable components, variables, and variants for multi-project use.
- Debug and resolve Webflow-specific issues, ensuring smooth and reliable site performance.
- Collaborate directly with the founder and internal design/development team to align on direction, communicate solutions, and implement changes quickly.
- Follow structured workflows and systems to maintain consistency and quality across all client projects.
- Work independently while being an active, reliable member of a distributed team.
- Adapt quickly to changing project needs and figure things out even when the solution isn’t immediately obvious.
- Provide clear async communication, including Loom/video updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Here’s what we’re looking for
Webflow expertise (non-negotiable)
- Proficient in Webflow with multiple real-world builds under your belt.
- Deep understanding of Client-First, Relume, and scalable Webflow class structure.
- Hands-on experience with Finsweet Attributes and Client-First conventions.
- Strong familiarity with Webflow CMS, conditional visibility, programmatic content, and dynamic templates.
- Experience with Webflow components, variables, variants, and maintaining scalable component systems.
- Ability to implement clean, responsive layouts—design skills not required but a plus.
Technical skills
- Solid understanding of technical SEO best practices (semantic structure, metadata, Core Web Vitals).
- Comfortable with light custom code (JS, HTML embeds) and troubleshooting advanced Webflow logic.
- Experience optimizing Webflow performance for speed, accessibility, and stability.
Communication & soft skills
- Native-level or highly proficient English (written and spoken).
- Clear communication skills, especially via Loom/video updates.
- High attention to detail and a strong execution mindset.
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking initiative without micromanagement.
- Ability to work async with some U.S. timezone overlap.
- Experience working in a fast-paced freelance or agency environment is strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of tracking tools (GTM, GA4, HubSpot, GSC).
- Figma experience—especially implementing clean layouts and understanding spacing hierarchy.
- Interest in AI or AI-SEO workflows.
- Experience working with marketing funnels and landing pages.
- General design sensibility or layout intuition, even if you're not a designer.
What we offer
- Fully remote role—work from anywhere.
- Competitive compensation: $3,000–$4,000 USD per month.
- Opportunities to grow into senior developer, lead developer, or QA specialist roles.
- Collaborative environment with clear processes, strong leadership, and high-trust autonomy.
- Work on meaningful projects with founders, SaaS teams, and tech companies solving real problems.
