Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Webflow developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building responsive and performant websites using Webflow.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and performant websites using Webflow
- Build using Webflow components
- Learn the Amply Framework (Similar to Lumos & Mast)
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers on a daily basis
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with new Webflow features, tools, and trends
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience with Webflow
- Familiarity with MAST, Lumos or Client-First
- Familiarity with Figma for translating design to Webflow projects
- English proficiency and strong written communication, confident in communicating with project managers, designers, and other developers via video calls and loom videos
- Willingness to work an overlapping schedule with our US based team & clients
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Proactive learner, and problem solver
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, & Javascript
- Understanding of design and responsivity best practices
- Experience delivering high-quality, responsive web solutions for all devices
- Understanding of technical SEO best practices to ensure performant and healthy websites
Desired
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and jQuery
- Interest in improving speed and execution using AI tools
- Experience creating GSAP animations
Compensation
Salary: $35,000 - $50,000 (Based on experience, location, etc.)
