As part of the Brand and Corporate Marketing team, you’ll use your eye for design to quickly build new components and reimagine web experiences for greenhouse.com to support marketing programs and campaigns. You will collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to elevate designs using GSAP animations that are grounded by intentional design choices that align with our strategic goals.
In this role, you will be our resident senior level Webflow Designer & Developer who can interpret high-level strategic direction quickly and transform designs through bold new ideas. This is a fully remote, 1-year position at 40 hours per week, where we’re flexible on your working schedule.
Work Location
Remote: (Anywhere in the United States, Ontario or British Columbia)
What you’ll do
- Rapidly build new elements and components for A/B testing, enabling faster experimentation to optimize site performance and inform content strategy
- Develop responsive site pages with motion and interactions using native Webflow GSAP JavaScript animations
- Customize Webflow CMS collections, interactions, and animations
- Implement responsive, pixel-perfect designs from Figma or design briefs
- Convert Figma designs into elevated web experiences
- Collaborate with our team to iterate on design and development, ensuring project goals are met
- Ensure all new features, classes and components are structured without conflicts in the existing taxonomy and site architecture
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical support
- Ensure all site experiences are on-brand and accessible
You should have
- 5+ years of proven experience in Webflow development with a strong portfolio showcasing animation and site interactions. (Portfolio required)
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Webflow CMS, GSAP JavaScript animation
- Expert proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and jQuery
- Experience of UI/UX design principles and Figma
- Proficiency with Webflow CMS mapping, interactions, and custom code embedding
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
- Technical SEO proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
Bonus skills
- Experience working with global B2B SaaS sites
- Experience with integrating Webflow websites with external APIs
- Experience with Asana, Zapier, Slack & other productivity tools
- Experience with GA4, GTM and pixel tracking
