The Role:
We're looking for a Webflow Developer who treats no-code like code, someone who can build, automate, and ship high-velocity websites using AI and automation tools.
This isn't a "make one landing page a month" role. You'll be shipping multi-site systems, architecting CMS backends, and connecting Webflow to AI-driven marketing stacks that scale globally.
What You'll Own
- AI-Accelerated Site Building: Use AI to generate layouts, copy, and structure, then refine and ship full sites in Webflow.
- CMS Architecture: Design scalable CMS systems (Webflow CMS, Supabase, HubSpot, Notion) for blogs, campaigns, and multilingual sites.
- Integrations & Automations: Connect Webflow to internal APIs, analytics, and workflows using n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- AI-Driven Optimization: Automate SEO audits, speed checks, and A/B testing loops to continuously improve site performance.
- Systemized Components: Create reusable frameworks and component libraries for rapid iteration.
- Velocity with Precision: Balance build speed with pixel-perfect reliability and brand alignment.
Best Suited For
- Proven experience shipping live Webflow sites end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of HTML structure, CSS grid, CMS logic, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Relume, Framer AI, Lovable) for code generation and QA.
- Comfortable integrating backend systems (Supabase, Notion, HubSpot) and automation workflows.
- Thrive in fast, AI-driven teams where ownership > hierarchy.
Bonus Points:
- Portfolio featuring high-speed Webflow builds or automation pipelines.
- Experience with analytics tools (GA4, HubSpot, Mixpanel).
- Familiarity with version control or component documentation.
