What You'll Own
1. Video Production & Brand Storytelling
- Edit high-impact short-form and long-form videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, and brand campaigns.
- Add motion graphics, captions, and transitions aligned with our brand system.
- Transform executive narratives into cinematic content that travels.
2. Webflow Development & Digital Experience
- Build and maintain Webflow pages for launches, microsites, and announcements.
- Manage CMS structures, animations, and page updates in sync with the creative team.
- Optimize for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
3. Creative & Campaign Support
- Design static + animated assets in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
- Collaborate on global campaigns — book launches, AI platform rollouts, partnership teasers.
- Own asset delivery across time zones with precision and speed.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in video production, multimedia design, or Webflow development.
- Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Working knowledge of Webflow (CMS, animations, client-first framework).
- Strong eye for typography, pacing, and brand cohesion.
- Fluent English communication and accountability in remote environments.
