Flow Guys is a Webflow-focused agency helping tech, SaaS, and startup teams move fast — without sacrificing quality. We build sites that don’t just look great but perform brilliantly.
We’re a small, driven team that cares deeply about clean builds, scalable systems, and helping clients grow with confidence. If you love Webflow and take pride in doing things the right way, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do

- Create scalable CMS structures and reusable components clients can manage confidently
- Develop flexible templates and page-building systems from pre-designed elements
- Follow the Client-First system to keep builds clean, consistent, and easy to extend
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and clients to deliver pixel-perfect, functional results
- Add custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced features or integrations when needed
- Test, debug, and fine-tune sites for flawless performance across browsers and devices
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced Webflow skills with a portfolio of clean, responsive builds
- Confident using the Client-First system to structure scalable projects
- Comfortable writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced functionality
- Obsessed with detail, performance, and delivering work you’re proud of
- Strong communicator who enjoys solving problems collaboratively
- Available 30+ hours per week within ±2 hours of UK business hours
- Comfortable working independently or alongside senior developers on complex builds
What You’ll Get
- Competitive pay based on experience and quality of work
- Fully remote role with flexibility during core hours
- A steady flow of exciting projects from fast-growing companies
- A supportive team that values craft, curiosity, and clean structure
- Guidance and mentorship from senior developers who care about your growth
How to Apply
To apply, please include:
- A read-only Webflow link to one of your builds — we’re looking for clear structure, reusable components, and good use of Client-First best practices (we’re not judging visual design).
- A short Loom video introducing yourself. Tell us what you worked on, how you structured the project, and what kind of work excites you.
Applications without a Loom video will not be considered.
