About This Role
We're hiring a Webflow Designer to help shape how the world experiences Sift. You'll lead the design and development of our website, bringing our brand to life with compelling, high-performance web experiences. You'll own everything from layouts and interactions to animations and micro-motions, with the goal of making complex ideas feel intuitive, inspiring, and credible to a deeply technical audience.
While your primary focus will be on Webflow implementation, this role is also a springboard to take-on more full-stack go-to-market design responsibilities. You'll have the opportunity to expand into broader areas of brand, product storytelling, marketing design, and content strategy as you grow with the company.
This is a high-ownership role with direct impact. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to evolve our visual identity and shape how the next generation of engineers discover and understand Sift.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain key pages and components in Webflow—from landing pages to rich content experiences.
- Implement responsive, high-performance layouts and interactions that elevate our brand and increase user engagement.
- Use motion and animation to bring technical stories to life in a way that feels modern and refined.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, and leadership to bring campaigns and narratives to life.
- Evolve and maintain a modular design system and component library in Webflow to support fast iteration and brand consistency.
- Ensure every design decision reinforces Sift's credibility with technical audiences in aerospace, defense, and manufacturing.
- Stay up to date with Webflow best practices and push the limits of what's possible with the platform.
- Over time, take on broader GTM design responsibilities—branding, product visuals, explainer diagrams, and content assets.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- 3+ years of experience designing and building in Webflow
- Demonstrated ability to create complex, visually polished sites with advanced interactions and animations
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of modern web design projects
- Familiarity with technical B2B audiences and how to design for clarity, credibility, and performance
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, motion, and visual hierarchy
- Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
- Curiosity and drive to expand into broader GTM design work (branding, marketing assets, product storytelling)
- Proficiency in Figma and Webflow; bonus points for light frontend experience (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Experience with SaaS, developer tools, or engineering-focused brands
- Background in technical storytelling, diagrams, or product education
- Experience working closely with marketing and product teams

Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year. Plus equity and benefits.
