Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Webflow and Framer Expert. The expert will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites using Webflow and Framer. Day-to-day tasks include translating client requirements into functional UI/UX designs, creating custom animations and interactions, optimizing website performance, and ensuring cross-device and browser compatibility. Close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and adherence to best design and development practices will be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Webflow and Framer, including building responsive designs and creating interactive web elements
- UI/UX design knowledge with a focus on user-centered design principles and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, especially for customizing and troubleshooting within Webflow and Framer frameworks
- Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility, website performance optimization, and SEO best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in collaborating with developers, designers, and clients for efficient project execution
- Strong communication and organization skills
