About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Webflow Developer with strong experience in modern web design and WordPress development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, visually appealing, and high-performing websites that deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy.
- Customize and maintain WordPress websites, including theme and plugin development.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to translate creative concepts into functional web pages.
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- Implement best practices for UI/UX, accessibility, and website security.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain websites to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of overall experience in web development.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Webflow.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Experience in WordPress theme and plugin customization.
- Familiarity with CMS integrations, animations, and no-code workflows.
- Strong sense of visual design and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Figma or Adobe XD for design collaboration.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web analytics tools.
- Understanding of API integrations and web automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).
