We are seeking a skilled and experienced webflow developer and web analytics pro to join our dynamic team as our Web Development and Analytics Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development using Webflow, and a deep understanding of web analytics tools and strategies. This role will involve close collaboration with our in-house designer to bringing Figma page designs to life, while also managing and optimizing web analytics processes to drive data-informed decisions. The primary focus is to implement, develop, and maintain our website using the Webflow platform, ensuring a seamless integration of design and functionality. Additionally, this role requires a strong analytical mindset to extract insights from web analytics data.

Responsibilities
Webflow Development
Collaborate closely with our in-house designer to understand design concepts, wireframes, and user experience goals. Transform Figma designs into interactive, responsive, and fully functional webpages using the Webflow platform. Develop custom components/symbols create, interactions, and animations within the Webflow environment, and implement pre-existing symbols. Ensure the website is responsive, visually appealing, and consistent with the design guidelines. Implement on-page SEO best practices to optimize the website's search engine visibility and rankings. Integrate third-party tools such as Hubspot forms and Chilipiper meeting scheduling to enhance website functionality.
Web Analytics Management
Define and execute a comprehensive web analytics strategy in collaboration with the designer. Configure and manage web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) to accurately track user behavior and performance. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics, user engagement, and conversion rates. Analyze data trends, user flows, and behavior patterns to provide actionable insights for improving user experience and conversion paths. Collaborate with marketing functions (Brand and Demand Generation) to align analytics efforts with business goals and design strategies. Continuously optimize the website based on data-driven insights in collaboration with the designer.
Qualifications
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Webflow development, including implementing custom code (HTML, CSS) within the platform. Strong grasp of responsive design principles Experience with optimizing website performance for speed and efficiency. Familiarity with SEO implementation and best practices. Previous hands-on experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools.
Analytical and Soft Skills
Ability to derive meaningful insights from data and communicate findings effectively. Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with design and cross-functional teams. Effective project management skills for managing multiple tasks and priorities (experience using Asana is a bonus). Creative thinking and design sensibility to ensure a harmonious blend of design and functionality.
Experience
2 years of demonstrated experience in Webflow development and web design collaboration. Proven track record of managing web analytics, interpreting data, and implementing improvements. Portfolio showcasing previous Webflow projects and successful collaboration with designers. Education: Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Design, or a related field is preferred.

This is a freelance or part-time position based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or events.
