Role Overview
We are looking for a Web Designer & Developer to create and manage modern, high-quality websites using Framer or similar platforms (not WordPress).
The ideal candidate should have both creative design skills and technical website-building experience, with a strong understanding of user experience, mobile responsiveness and SEO.
Main Responsibilities
- Design modern and professional website pages
- Build responsive websites using Framer, Webflow or similar platforms
- Create landing pages, service pages and contact forms
- Ensure websites work well on desktop, tablet and mobile
- Optimise websites for speed and SEO
- Connect forms and integrations such as Google Analytics, Calendly or CRM systems
- Update and maintain existing websites
- Suggest improvements to design, layout and user experience
Required Skills
- Experience using Framer, Webflow or similar website builders
- Strong web design and layout skills
- Understanding of responsive design
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Good understanding of SEO best practices
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Figma
- Experience with React or modern front-end tools
- Understanding of conversion-focused website design
- Experience with animations and interactive design
- Experience working with professional service businesses
