We are looking for a UX/UI designer who will create intuitive and aesthetically appealing interfaces for our products and website. In this role, you will not only design convenient user flows but also bring them to life using Webflow. You will also contribute to the development of our platform and assist with designing materials for social media.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize user flows (UX) for the website and internal products.
- Create modern interfaces and design solutions in Figma.
- Work with Webflow: layout, responsive design, animations, and support of the current website.
- Analyze metrics and user feedback to improve UX.
- Use product tools for A/B testing and hypothesis evaluation.
- Prepare visual materials for social media (banners, posts, icons).
Requirements
- Knowledge of Russian language (we're a Russian-speaking team)
- 2–3 years of experience as a UX/UI designer.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and the ability to simplify complex processes in an interface.
- Excellent skills in Figma.
- Hands-on experience with Webflow (layout, responsive design, animations).
- Graphic design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalents).
- Proactivity, visual literacy, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with no-code tools.
- Basic knowledge of web analytics and working with data.
Salary - up to €3,500/month
