Bloomr Design is a Webflow Certified Partner and design-led Webflow agency based in London, working with ambitious companies across the UK, US and Europe.
We design and build bespoke websites that help businesses communicate clearly, generate leads and support growth, combining strategy, branding, UX/UI design and scalable Webflow development.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Webflow Designer & Developer to join our freelance network and support Bloomr across upcoming client projects.
This is a hybrid role combining high-quality website design with advanced Webflow development. You need to be genuinely strong at both.
What You'll Do
- Design polished, conversion-focused websites in Figma
- Design with Webflow implementation and responsive behaviour in mind
- Develop websites using Finsweet Client-First and scalable class structures
- Create reusable Webflow components, variables and design systems
- Translate desktop designs into thoughtful tablet and mobile experiences
- Implement advanced Webflow interactions, transitions and micro-interactions
- Build custom animations using GSAP and ScrollTrigger
- Work with custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript where Webflow's native functionality isn't sufficient
- Integrate third-party tools, forms, analytics, CRM and marketing platforms
What You Bring
- 4+ years of professional website design and development experience, with a strong track record of Webflow projects
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both high-quality website design and live Webflow development
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Strong experience with Webflow interactions and implementing animations with GSAP and ScrollTrigger
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Ability to manage deadlines and work across multiple projects when required
- Clear, proactive communication when working remotely
- Previous experience working within a Webflow Partner agency
How We Work
Projects vary in size and complexity. Depending on the project, you may take ownership of both the website design and Webflow development, or collaborate with Bloomr on specific stages of a larger engagement.
This isn't a one-off gig we're trying to fill. We're building a small network of trusted freelancers who can work with Bloomr repeatedly as our client pipeline grows.
