What You'll Do
- Build modern, responsive websites using Webflow & WordPress
- Use AI-powered development tools to accelerate project delivery
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect websites
- Develop and customize WordPress themes, templates, and CMS structures
- Build scalable Webflow CMS solutions and custom interactions
- Integrate APIs, automations, and AI-powered features
- Optimize website performance, security, and Core Web Vitals
- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain websites
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers
- Use Git and modern development workflows
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital agency, web development agency, or software company
- Strong expertise in Webflow and WordPress
- Experience using AI tools to speed up website design and development
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web technologies
- Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, ACF, and other WordPress tools is a plus
- Understanding of website performance optimization and SEO fundamentals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
