Hilvy is a Webflow agency that focuses on making websites that look great and are easy to update using the Webflow platform. We are seeking a dynamic and communicative Project Manager to lead our Webflow website development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the development of their websites.
- Oversee project scope, budgets, and timelines.
- QA developer work to ensure that pages and features align with design and client requirements.
- Translate client requests and feedback into actionable work for developers.
- Create internal projects and client dashboards using ClickUp.
- Update and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare post-project reports.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience as a project manager.
- Experience managing multiple website projects for external clients (agency experience preferred).
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient with Slack, ClickUp, or other collaboration and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to manage project-related issues.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Webflow or website-related experience.
- Knowledge of browser inspector.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript or any experience as a developer.
Benefits:
- Fully remote position.
- Work hours will be based on UK time zone, with at least 6 hours of overlap between 8am to 5pm.
- Salary: $1,000 - $1,500 USD per month.
- $100 monthly stipend and up to 4 hours a week to focus on building skills and learning new things to help you excel at work outside of your daily to-do list.
