We are looking to hire a Website Content Specialist (Webflow) who will be responsible for managing daily website content updates, maintaining multiple Webflow websites, and ensuring all published material is accurate, consistent, and delivered on time for our client based in Dubai – one of the largest semi-government companies in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable based on performance.
The role sits within the Digital Services team and reports directly to the Senior Manager.
We are looking for a passionate Website Content Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing accurate, error-free content. You should also possess strong experience in Webflow CMS/Designer, content publishing, and meticulous quality assurance across multiple devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily website content updates across multiple Webflow sites
- Upload, edit, and publish content using Webflow CMS (including large-volume copy/paste tasks from Excel/Word)
- Publish urgent updates such as press releases and time-sensitive announcements
- Update text, images, and layout blocks on static pages as required
- Optimize, resize, and re-crop images for web performance and consistency
- Verify all updates through thorough QA checks before submission to stakeholders
- Test layouts across various browsers and screen sizes to ensure accuracy and responsiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all changes align with brand and content standards
- Manage multiple incoming update requests and handle last-minute changes efficiently
- Support additional website tasks depending on skillset (basic HTML/CSS, SEO best practices, QA)
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Must have 3 – 5 years of relevant experience. With proven experience working with Webflow, including Webflow CMS and Webflow Designer
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce error-free, thoroughly verified content
- Experience working in agency environments or handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage urgent update requests and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred)
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and implementing SEO-related changes (preferred)
- Manual QA abilities, including testing across different devices and browsers
