About the Role
We're seeking a talented full-stack visual designer who combines exceptional Webflow development skills with a strong understanding of direct response marketing principles. This role requires someone who can create high-converting, visually stunning websites while maintaining clean, efficient code and excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, conversion-focused websites using Webflow, with custom HTML/CSS enhancements when needed
- Create compelling visual designs that align with direct response marketing strategies
- Develop complete visual identities including graphics, illustrations, icons, and other brand assets using professional design tools
- Apply UX/UI best practices to optimize user journeys and conversion rates
- Build and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and media buyers to create cohesive, high-performing marketing campaigns
- Create landing pages, sales funnels, and campaign-specific websites that work seamlessly across all devices
- Implement interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement
- Create diverse visual assets beyond web layouts (infographics, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, etc.)
- Ensure all designs are optimized for performance and accessibility
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects
- Proven experience with direct response marketing design
- Expert-level proficiency in Webflow, including CMS, interactions, and custom code integration
- Strong HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript skills for custom implementations
- Proficiency in visual design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and conversion optimization
- Strong understanding of how marketing pages should look and function across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Ability to create complete visual assets and graphics beyond web design
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Mobile-first responsive design expertise
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM integrations
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
- Experience with e-commerce and payment gateway integrations
- Motion graphics or video editing skills
- Experience working with media buyers and understanding campaign performance metrics
