About the Role
Softopark IT Ltd is looking for skilled and passionate Webflow Developers to join our team. You'll be responsible for transforming Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive websites on Webflow, ensuring performance, aesthetics, and interactivity meet top-notch standards. This position requires physical attendance at our office.

Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 BDT/month
Probation: 3 months (Salary review after probation)
Key Responsibilities
- Convert Figma designs into Webflow websites (pixel-perfect accuracy)
- Develop and maintain responsive, SEO-friendly web pages
- Collaborate with designers on animations & interactions
- Optimize pages for speed, performance, and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Webflow & web dev trends
- Work independently and meet project deadlines
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise during or after development
- Familiarity with Webflow's CMS and building dynamic websites using it
- Familiarity with third-party integrations (e.g., Zapier, Google Analytics, or email marketing tools)
- UI/UX design experience or understanding
Requirements
- Proven experience with Webflow (Portfolio required)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Bonus: Familiarity with WordPress
- Excellent communication & time management
- Detail-oriented and quality-driven
- Comfortable working with physical office attendance
- Office hours: 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (BDT)
