Vovi Studio is an award-winning branding and website agency working with global clients across sectors. Our development system is exacting: every build must be clean, structured, and handover-ready. We're looking for a Philippines-based Webflow developer to join our dev team and focus on production builds that our UK-timezone developers will enhance with animations and custom code.
What You'll Do
- Convert Figma designs into static, pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow pages
- Set up CMS collections, references, and dynamic lists to spec
- Follow our class naming conventions (Client-First/BEM) with zero deviation
- Run baseline QA: breakpoints, browser tests, and performance checks
- Document handovers so UK-timezone teammates can layer in animations/JS
Requirements
Must-Haves (core to the role)
- Pixel-perfect static Webflow builds from Figma
- CMS architecture (collections, relationships, filters)
- Clean class naming (Client-First/BEM)
- Baseline QA (breakpoints, browser, Lighthouse)
- Excellent English Language
Nice-to-Haves (support your animation/JS stack without overpromising)
- Basic JavaScript/embeds in Webflow (e.g., integrating snippets, custom attributes)
- Comfort reading and debugging JS code (understands what the Pakistan team is adding)
- Node.js awareness (doesn't need to build servers, but can follow project setup / npm scripts if needed)
- Familiarity with GSAP, Lottie, Webflow Interactions (so they understand your animation language, even if not the lead implementer)
Benefits
Offer
- Salary: 70,000-90,000 per month (DOE)
- Full-time, remote in the Philippines
- Work hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PHT (Philippines time, GMT+8)
- Paid test project for shortlisted candidates
- Clear growth path within a global agency
