About the role
We are looking for a Junior Webflow Developer with 1–2 years of experience building responsive websites and landing pages. You'll collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to create high-performing web experiences, integrate tools, and optimize for speed, SEO, and conversions. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow their Webflow expertise.
The Charter will include
- Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow, leveraging CMS, interactions, and animations
- Implement basic frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom embeds and advanced functionality
- Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to bring marketing funnels and campaigns to life
- Integrate forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools (Zapier, Segment, HubSpot, etc.)
- Optimize websites for SEO, page speed, and conversion-focused layouts
- Implement analytics tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel) and ensure data accuracy
- Support A/B testing, funnel experiments, and performance monitoring
Ideal Persona Would Have
- 1–2 years of experience in Webflow development with a strong grasp of responsive design and CMS structures
- Proven experience building and publishing marketing websites or landing pages
- Hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and growth teams.
- Exposure to analytics and tracking implementation (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel).
- Familiarity with form integrations and CRM tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Leadsquared, etc).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
