Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Webflow Developer and Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Webflow, the Finsweet Client First system, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about web design, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain visually stunning websites using Webflow.
- Implement designs based on the Finsweet Client First methodology to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with the design team to transform wireframes and mockups into interactive web pages.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Conduct regular website testing and troubleshooting to optimize performance.
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Assist in the creation of documentation for web projects and processes.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing websites as needed.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Webflow.
- Familiarity with the Finsweet Client First methodology.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual design.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Skills
