About Mostli
Mostli is a design and Webflow agency working with SaaS, B2B, MedTech, and high-growth digital companies. We operate as an extension of our clients' teams and deliver high-quality websites, landing pages, migrations, integrations, and ongoing Webflow support.
We are looking for a technically strong, fast, and client-facing Senior Webflow Developer who can independently develop, migrate, optimize, launch, and maintain professional websites.
This is not a role for someone who only knows basic Webflow development. The ideal candidate should be able to take ownership of complex requirements, communicate directly with clients, collaborate with designers, and deliver reliably without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Webflow Development
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-accurate and responsive Webflow websites.
- Build clean, scalable, reusable, and well-structured Webflow projects.
- Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Develop reusable components, variables, design systems, and CMS structures.
- Follow Client-First or another scalable class-naming methodology.
- Build advanced CMS collections, templates, filtering systems, dynamic content, and conditional visibility.
- Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when required.
- Test websites across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
- Maintain clean project structures that other developers can understand and extend.
Website Migrations
- Migrate medium and large websites from WordPress, HubSpot, custom platforms, or other website builders into Webflow.
- Plan CMS architecture, page templates, content migration, redirects, and URL structures.
- Preserve SEO value through correct redirects, metadata, headings, canonical URLs, image optimization, and sitemap management.
- Identify migration risks and communicate them before development begins.
- Conduct pre-launch and post-launch checks to prevent broken links, missing content, SEO issues, or layout errors.
Integrations and Technical Implementation
- Integrate Webflow with CRMs, APIs, automation tools, analytics platforms, forms, and marketing software.
- Work with tools such as Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Calendly, Typeform, Memberstack, Wized, Airtable, and similar platforms.
- Configure forms, webhooks, tracking events, email notifications, lead-routing workflows, and cookie consent tools.
- Handle domains, DNS updates, SSL, staging, publishing, backups, and website launches.
- Troubleshoot integrations and coordinate with client technical teams or third-party support.
- Document important custom code and integrations.
Animations and Interactions
- Build smooth Webflow interactions, hover effects, and scroll-based animations.
- Implement advanced animations using GSAP or JavaScript when required.
- Accurately match animations and interactions from approved designs or references.
- Ensure animations do not negatively affect accessibility, usability, or page speed.
- Optimize interactions for mobile devices and lower-performance systems.
Framer and Other No-Code Tools
- Build and maintain websites or landing pages in Framer when required.
- Understand Framer components, CMS, responsive behaviour, animations, and publishing.
- Be comfortable learning and working with other no-code or low-code platforms.
- Recommend the right technical approach based on the client's needs.
SEO, Performance and Quality
- Implement technical and on-page SEO best practices.
- Configure titles, meta descriptions, Open Graph data, alt text, heading structures, redirects, schema markup, canonical tags, robots.txt, and sitemaps.
- Work with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Optimize images, fonts, scripts, animations, and third-party tools for performance.
- Improve Core Web Vitals and overall loading speed.
- Follow accessibility best practices, including semantic HTML and keyboard usability.
- Conduct detailed quality assurance before launch and resolve development-related issues.
Client Communication
This is a client-facing role. Fluent English and strong communication skills are mandatory. The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Attend client meetings and represent Mostli professionally.
- Communicate confidently in spoken and written English.
- Understand client requests and translate them into clear technical tasks.

- Explain technical limitations and solutions without unnecessary jargon.
- Respond to client queries promptly and professionally.
- Provide clear progress updates, timelines, and risk notifications.
- Handle feedback calmly and implement revisions accurately.
- Take responsibility for mistakes and resolve issues proactively.
- Coordinate with founders, marketing teams, designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
Collaboration and Ownership
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to accurately implement approved designs.
- Identify technical, responsive, accessibility, or performance concerns early.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, copywriters, SEO specialists, and clients.
- Manage multiple projects and client requests without compromising quality.
- Provide realistic estimates and communicate early when timelines are at risk.
- Take ownership of projects from development and QA through launch.
- Document project decisions, custom code, integrations, and handover instructions.
- Support or review the work of junior developers when required.
- Help improve Mostli's internal development systems, checklists, and quality standards.
Required Technical Skills

- Strong Figma knowledge and the ability to understand design systems and prototypes.
- Practical experience with Framer or another professional no-code platform.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent attention to spacing, typography, alignment, responsiveness, and interactions.
Required Soft Skills
