We're looking for a technically minded Marketing Automation & Webflow Developer to take ownership of the workflows, integrations and Webflow functionality supporting our websites, vehicle inventory and customer enquiries.
This specialist role builds, maintains and improves the systems behind one of New Zealand's largest automotive marketing operations.

What You'll Own
Automation and Integrations
- Build, test and maintain multi-step workflows in n8n.
- Migrate suitable workflows from Make, Zapier and other platforms into n8n.
- Maintain complex lead-routing across multiple brands and dealerships.
- Connect websites and forms with CRM, DMS, email, booking and other systems.
- Build integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth and JSON.
- Map, transform and validate data between platforms.
- Maintain integrations such as Mailjet and Calendly.
- Implement monitoring, alerts, retries and failure handling.
- Resolve workflow, authentication and data-transfer issues.
Inventory And Advertising Feeds
- Maintain vehicle stock synchronisation and automated inventory workflows.
- Support inventory feeds from CRM into the Ebbett website.
- Maintain external feeds, including Meta catalogues.
- Troubleshoot XML, JSON and API-based feeds.
- Resolve missing, incorrect or delayed vehicle listings.
Webflow Development
- Build and improve websites, landing pages, forms and booking journeys.
- Work within Client-First using clean, scalable class naming.
- Develop CMS Collections, templates, reusable components and dynamic content.
- Create responsive layouts across desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Use HTML, CSS and JavaScript where required.
- Resolve website, publishing, form and performance issues.
- Work with external specialists on major or complex projects when needed.
Website Operations And Collaboration
- Support forms, domains, DNS, SSL, Cloudflare and website subscriptions.
- Maintain GitHub repositories and version control.
- Monitor critical websites, forms and integrations.
- Work with Marketing, Studio, IT, Data and external partners.
- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Maintain clear technical documentation.
About You
You Will Have
- Minimum 4 years' experience in automation, system integrations, marketing technology, web development or a comparable technical role.
- Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience building and maintaining production Webflow websites.
- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier or a comparable platform, with the ability to work confidently in n8n.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and API authentication.
- Experience with forms, validation, field mapping and lead routing.
- Demonstrated experience using Client-First.
- Strong knowledge of Webflow CMS, responsive development, Flexbox and CSS Grid.
- Practical HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills.
- Knowledge of DNS, Cloudflare, caching and website hosting.
- Experience with GitHub or comparable version control.
- Strong troubleshooting, testing, documentation and communication skills.
Experience with Mailjet, Calendly, Google Tag Manager, GA4, AI integrations, Meta catalogues or inventory feeds would be an advantage.
