Role Description
We're seeking a full-time remote Senior Webflow Developer who will architect and develop sophisticated web solutions. You'll craft pixel-perfect designs, build complex interactions, and develop custom solutions that extend Webflow's native capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, performance-optimized Webflow websites
- Create reusable components and design systems within Webflow
- Implement complex animations and micro-interactions using Webflow's native tools
- Build custom solutions using Webflow's CMS and Collection Lists
- Integrate third-party tools and APIs with Webflow sites
- Mentor team members on Webflow best practices and advanced techniques
- Optimize sites for SEO and core web vitals
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional Webflow development experience
- Expert knowledge of Webflow's Designer, CMS, and Hosting platforms
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom code integration
- Experience with Webflow's IX2 interactions and animations
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Portfolio demonstrating complex Webflow projects and custom solutions
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Finsweet Client-First methodology
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Familiarity with modern web APIs and integration patterns
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub)
- Understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization
- Background in UI/UX design principles
- Experience with headless CMS integration in Webflow
