Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Webflow Developer. The Webflow Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using the Webflow platform. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting website issues, implementing new features, and ensuring website performance and functionality align with business goals. Collaboration with other team members to enhance web design and user experience is also a key part of this role.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals including data structures and algorithms
- Proven experience in Webflow development or similar modern website platforms
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Experience working with frameworks and tools such as GSAP, Relume, or equivalent
- Strong problem solving ability with exceptional attention to detail
- Understanding of technical SEO and website performance optimization
- Ability to manage projects independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Media or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in fast paced startup environments
- Understanding of design systems and modern UX practices
- Exposure to AI driven products or SaaS platforms
