The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Part-Time Webflow Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating our stunning UI/UX designs from Figma into fully functional, responsive, and pixel-perfect websites using Webflow. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean development, has a sharp eye for design, and loves pushing the boundaries of what's possible with Webflow. This is a flexible, part-time position perfect for a freelancer or a professional looking for a supplementary role with a dynamic agency.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance websites using Webflow, translating designs from Figma with pixel-perfect accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with our design and strategy teams to ensure seamless project execution and bring creative concepts to life.
- Implement custom interactions, animations, and transitions to create engaging user experiences.
- Structure and manage Webflow CMS collections to create client-friendly, easily updatable websites.
- Write clean, semantic HTML and custom CSS/JS within Webflow when necessary to achieve unique functionality.
- Ensure all websites are optimized for speed, performance, and search engines (SEO best practices).
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging across all major browsers and devices to ensure a flawless user experience.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for client websites as needed.
What You Bring (Required Skills & Qualifications)
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing live projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in Webflow, including the Designer, CMS, interactions, and animations.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox and Grid), and JavaScript.
- A keen eye for design, typography, and layout, with the ability to flawlessly translate designs into functional builds.
- Experience working with design hand-off tools, particularly Figma.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote or hybrid team environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage your time effectively across multiple projects.
- Fluency in English is required.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience with third-party Webflow integrations (e.g., Zapier, Memberstack, Jetboost).
- Knowledge of technical SEO implementation.
- Experience working in a client-facing role within an agency setting.
