We are seeking a highly skilled Webflow Developer to join our dynamic design and development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front-end development with expertise in Webflow, a passion for creating engaging user experiences, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What You Do:
- Develop, build, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites using Webflow.
- Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to translate creative concepts into functional web experiences.
- Ensure clear communication and responsiveness during working hours.
- Optimize website performance and ensure best practices for SEO and accessibility are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring continuous improvement in site functionality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development to drive innovation within the team.
- Provide technical support during client handovers and contribute to documentation for ongoing site management.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Webflow: Primary platform for site development and content management.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript: Core front-end technologies for custom integrations and enhancements.
- Integrations: Zapier, reCaptcha, Make, Airtable, Hubspot, Google Analytics, among others.
- Design Tools: Figma for design collaboration and asset preparation.
- Collaboration Platforms: Google Meet, Slack, Clickup, or similar project management tools for team communication and workflow management.
