Rwazi is a Decision AI company. Series A. Operating across 195 countries. We help global enterprises make better decisions with real-world intelligence.
Our marketing website is live on Webflow. The rebuild is done. Now we're scaling: more pages, better design, higher conversion. We're looking for someone to take full ownership of the website as both its designer and developer.
This is not a role where you receive detailed mockups and build them. We tell you what needs to be communicated. You decide how to show it. You own the visual execution, the structure, and the performance of every page. You work closely with our content and marketing team, but the website is your product.
Responsibilities
Design system. Own, maintain, and evolve the existing design system. As our brand matures, you'll lead redesigns and ensure every page reflects the latest direction.
CMS templates. Build and maintain scalable templates for multiple page types: solutions, case studies, landing pages, comparison pages, programmatic SEO pages. You build the template once. Our content team and API automation populate pages at scale. When design changes happen, you update templates across the board, quickly and cleanly, even if there are hundreds of pages using them.
Design and development in Webflow. This is the core of the role. You open Webflow and design there. You don't need a Figma file handed to you before you can start. You see what needs to exist, and you build it. If Figma makes sense for brand exploration or complex layouts, you use it. But your primary workspace is Webflow, and you're equally strong as a designer and a developer inside it.
Custom forms and conversion flows. Build and optimize forms, CTAs, and user journeys. Base your decisions on analytics and actual user behavior, not assumptions.
Technical SEO on the build side. You work alongside our SEO/Content Lead, but the technical foundation is yours: clean URL structures, proper meta tags, schema markup, semantic HTML, Open Graph, sitemap-friendly architecture. You build pages that are ready to rank.
Page delivery and performance. "Page speed" here means two things: how fast you deliver new pages (turnaround in hours, not days), and how fast they load for users (Core Web Vitals, image optimization, clean code).
Team
- SEO/Content Lead prepares content specs, copy, and page briefs
- Motion Designer handles Rive animations, video, and motion graphics. Everything else on the site is yours.
- Director of Marketing sets priorities, reviews, and approves
- Bulk content upload is handled via API automation. You build the templates and the system. The repetitive work is automated.
- There's a 1-2 week overlap with the outgoing developer for knowledge transfer.
What We're Looking For
Webflow designer and developer. You can open Webflow and start designing a page from scratch. Not from a mockup. You make layout decisions, pick spacing, set typography, and then you build it, all in the same tool. Clean class naming, CMS collections, reusable components, solid responsive logic.
Figma proficiency. You use Figma when the situation calls for it: brand work, design exploration, presenting concepts. You're a generalist who works across both tools.
CMS at scale. You've built CMS template systems beyond blogs. Landing pages, programmatic SEO pages, multi-type systems. And you've updated them at scale. This is a hard requirement.
B2B or SaaS website experience. You've worked at an agency building SaaS sites, or in-house at a SaaS company. You understand the structure, the visitor expectations, and what converts.
Self-directed. You'll get briefs that are sometimes rough or incomplete. Your job is to figure out the best approach and deliver a strong result. We're a small, fast team. You'll have context and support, but you need to be comfortable working independently, making decisions, and bringing your own perspective to the table.
Comfortable with AI tools (or ready to learn). We use AI heavily in our workflow. We'll train you on Claude Code and our content pipeline. What matters is that you're genuinely open to working this way.
Technical SEO awareness. You understand how page structure, meta tags, schema markup, and URL architecture affect search rankings. Our SEO lead handles strategy. You make sure the build doesn't fight it.
Bonus:
- Branding experience or strong design vision beyond web pages
- GSAP, Lottie, or Webflow native interactions (scroll, hover, micro-interactions)
- Custom JS when Webflow's built-in tools aren't enough
- CRO experience or genuine curiosity about conversion optimization
- Familiarity with analytics tools (GTM, Hotjar, Clarity)
- Experience integrating third-party tools and APIs
